Dear Seniors,

I am Prashant from Pune, keenly interested in making a career in the IR field. Currently, I am working in a manufacturing company as an HR professional, with over 3 years of experience in the HR field. I hold a graduate degree in B.Sc. (Physics), a Master's in Management Science (HRM), and a Master's in Labour Law & Labour Welfare. I am currently pursuing L.LB from Pune University.

If there are any openings for fresher roles in the IR officer/Executive position, I am eager to seize the opportunity. I am looking forward to a positive response and reply.

Dear Prashant,

Greetings.

As an IR Expert, I wanted to seek clarification. Are you looking for HR/IR openings that you can find through this site or any job portal, or are you keen on upgrading your knowledge and skills?

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Dear Seniors,

I am Prashant from Pune, keenly interested in making a career in the IR field. I am currently working in a manufacturing company as an HR professional with over 3 years of experience in the HR field. If I could get any openings to work as a fresher in the role of an IR Officer/Executive, I am keen to grab the opportunity. I believe IR openings are scarce; however, it is advisable to keep oneself open for corporate roles and handle IR issues.

The job market is just opening up, as there are fewer resignations nowadays. People are realizing the importance of stability and sustainability, especially those working in reputable companies who are unlikely to resign for at least a year.

Looking forward to a positive response and reply.

Regards,
Rohini

I don't think it's wrong to shift from Physics to HR and Law. No degree is a waste. One can secure a good opportunity in a science-related organization where they can manage HR roles. Additionally, having a law degree can be beneficial, especially in an HR career.
