Hi,

Our company is planning to introduce transportation facilities for employees. Are there any policies (or terms & conditions) for employees to use the company transportation facility considering possible related issues, such as if the bus reaches the office late or if an employee is delayed due to office work, etc.?

Additionally, we currently have flexible office hours. Do we need to change this to fixed office hours?

I would appreciate your views on this matter.

Hi Hitesh , It is required to fixed shift shedule for employees to provide transport facility and must be needed fix transport policy approved by Facilty Admin and HR
