Hi,
There are various training courses, but I wanted to know what duration you are looking at. Short-term could be 1 week, 10 days, or 1 month also. I know of various short-term courses in various fields. For example, for recruitments, I have heard a lot about CCR (Confluence Certified Recruiter) at ccr.hrinflux.com, which is a 15-day online course. There is also something known as "Train the Trainer" for trainers in the soft skills division.
Also, let me know if you are looking for something online or offline.
