I would like to know how is the gratuity payout calculated. I have heard that its 15 days of pay based on your current pay structure. Not too sure....

Gratuity formula is as under Basic + DA at the time of leaving *15 * number of years of completed service / 26 Siva

DA stands for Dearness Allowance. It may not be there in in BPOs or it may not be paid at senior levels It is paid to nutralise inflation Daily Allowance does not attract gratuity or PF or Bonus Siva

I have been working at Organisation Company for the past 9 years, and the company has been deducting my PF from my salary. However, the issue is that the company has not provided me with a PF slip or PF number since my joining.
