Hi, we are starting off with campus recruitments across India for engineering and graduation colleges. Does anyone have any input to share because it's the first time I'm handling this?

Regarding Campus Recruitments, every company is conducting Campus Recruitments in big colleges only. No one is concentrating on small colleges. If you go for small colleges, you will find good people, and they will also accept lower salaries, which will obviously reduce costs.

We conduct Off Campus recruitment and training. I had been instrumental in successfully conducting recruitment events/Walk-in/ Campus interviews / Individual placement by inviting various companies.
We have a large database of 10000 candidates. We are exclusively tied up with 17(Seventeen) Engineering colleges and 10(Ten) management colleges in Orissa.
Logistical Support Provided
1.Seminar Hall for PRE-PLACEMENT TALK (PPT): Clients can brief the candidates about their respective companies, screening procedure,
career growth etc.
2.Class Rooms for aptitude Test
3.Separate Rooms for GD and interviews, if needed
4.OHP, if needed
5.Local travel arrangements
6.15 dedicated volunteers to assist screening
Please Note: Other logistical support like to and fro air tickets, hotel arrangements can also be provided if the clients give the specifications at least seven days in advance.
We assure you of quality service, and we’d really be overwhelmed to be able to cater you.
