Good presentation. Recently, I conducted interviews for a new position open to existing employees and was appalled by the lack of importance given by the majority of candidates to the basics. I think I will conduct a session for them using your presentation. :)

Hi,

Thank you for sharing, and really, it was a nice job. However, as some pointed out, how do we test attitude? I mean, interviews should not remain the only tool to judge a candidate. Some people are not good in interviews, yet their productivity is high in the workplace, and vice versa.
