I have a small request - Our company is planning to implement a weekly report system for all HR personnel to track their activities and evaluate their productivity. Can anyone please recommend a standard format for the report that we can follow? Your help is greatly appreciated as this is urgent.

Hi,

I agree with what S has said. Unless we have an idea of the nature of the business, we won't be able to make any suggestions. Furthermore, there is no perfect reporting format or system, so you can develop your reporting systems. This is where you will have to use your conceptual ability to develop a new system for reporting.

Although the organization is quite old, they don't have proper systems in place. I have joined the company just 15 days ago and I am facing issues regarding my direct reporting to my Partner.
