Following this, address the report by marking it as "handrails to be installed by [date]" and "Signboard to be placed in [language] by [date]," and then close the Non-Compliance issue.
Please refrain from using abbreviations like NC and CAPA when communicating for the first time. This would constitute a Non-Compliance if a thorough audit is conducted on communications to employees/board members. You may use these abbreviations in subsequent reports or communications.
