What kind of training can a manpower supply organization provide? If you offer training programs, you can also engage apprentices under the Act. However, this should not be done to circumvent other laws that grant specific rights.
In the scenario where you provide apprentices to Company X, and they are required to work overtime, who bears the responsibility? Is it you or Company X? Similarly, if you recruit security guards as apprentices and assign them to Company Y for night shifts, who has the authority to refuse?
Apprentices are not supposed to work overtime or night shifts, and there are limitations on their employment conditions. Simply offering a stipend set by the government below statutory wages or not ensuring permanent employment does not make the system appealing.
