In the 21st century, employers have to accept the diktat of the job market. This is an emerging trend.

Future Trend: If the candidates are refusing to join the companies that follow a 6-day workweek, then a time may come when they will start demanding an 8-hour workday. The talented candidates may start turning away the offers from the companies that expect them to work "long hours". Let us wait and watch.
