Dear Cite HR Member,
Our Forum Expert, Shri S.K. Bandyopadhyay, has provided a comprehensive outline for calculating bike running expenses. However, to ensure fairness and motivation for employees, it is suggested to include 50% of the admissible depreciation and 5% of the standard maintenance charges as normal overhead to account for miscellaneous/emergency maintenance expenses.
