Hi! We want to hire a sub-vendor for our upcoming projects for Security, HK services, and Technical Services. Can someone help with the relevant third party agreements for the same?

Dear Nitin,
Please find attached a legal format of an agreement with a Third Party (in relation to Manpower, Horticulture, Comprehensive Technical Services, etc.). There are two parts in the format. The first part is related to the legal binding between the parties (which will remain almost the same for all contracts), and the second part is solely related to the specific terms and conditions, commercial negotiations, and Health & Safety Measures related to the work.
You can modify the format as per your requirements.

(Fact Checked)-The user's reply is generally correct in providing a legal format of agreement with Third Party for various services. However, it should be noted that the agreement should comply with relevant labor laws, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Make sure to include clauses related to data protection, indemnification, and termination in the agreement. (1 Acknowledge point)
