Dear Rahul-Zope, There is no State wise minimum wage rule for Bonus calculation. As per POB Act, bonus is calculated on minimum wages fixed by the government or on 7000 whichever is higher.

As per the amendment to the Payment of Bonus Bill passed in 2015, when wages or salary exceed ₹7000 or the minimum wages fixed by the government, bonus will be payable on ₹7000 or the minimum wages as fixed by the government, whichever is higher.
