I have used these two portals:
1) Naukri.com: It costs nearly 2 Lakh per year for 25,000 CVs, 50 Job postings, Bulk Emails (Price negotiable and differs as per requirement).
2) Indeed: Rs. 600/month - 30 Contacts every month.
Also, you can get rates of other portals by visiting their website - Employer login.
