Simply you have to make a list of HR qualities, specially such qualities which no one else has.

The query is vague. All HR professionals should have the same qualities to be good professionals. There is no unique HR person to have a unique HR quality to be different from others. Qualities and skills are different. Qualities are part of one's personality. It is something by which a person is known. Supposing we often say that "A" is not trustworthy. So trust is a quality. Every ideal HR professional should have the same qualities to be good and efficient.

My list:
1) Leadership
2) Honesty and integrity
3) Commitment
4) Empathy (caring)
5) Decision-making
6) Patience
7) Perseverance
8) Enthusiasm to learn.

You, a True-Blue HR Management & Development Professional Practitioner, need to be "sensible and sensitive." In other words, be true to the cause of HR Management & Development and "fair to the people" in words and deeds. So that when people (employees included) think of fairness, propriety, integrity, ethical behavior, righteousness - all virtues known to humans through civilizations - they think of you.

The above attributes are applicable to all employees but what is very important as far as an HR /People Leader is concerned is the knowledge about the labour laws.
