Dear Experts, can anyone suggest a solution to solve the issue I am facing?
Employee Employment History
One employee has been employed with Employer A since April 2016, and contributions are still being remitted.
Part-Time Job with Employer B
The same employee registered with Employer B in March 2018 for a part-time job using the same UAN. No prospective part-time job was provided by Employer B, and the employee was exited by 31-08-2018 with no contributions paid.
Loan Application Issue
The employee has now applied for a loan with the PF Department, which was rejected since the current employer is B and no contributions have been remitted.
I kindly request your suggestions to help resolve this issue.

Solution for EPF Claim Rejection
As per my knowledge, contact the EPF office to get a solution because the EPF claim was rejected when the contribution dates are the same with different employers. As per your query, it is considered that Employer B is your present employer. So, you have to ask Employer B to approve your exit date. However, that exit date of the month is contributed by Employer A, so there is no use of it. Therefore, contact the EPF office for the best solution.
Steps to Take if Not Eligible for EPF with Employer B
If you are not eligible for EPF with Employer B, ask them to approve your date of exit, which is your date of joining. Then, Employer A becomes your present employer, and you can apply for part withdrawal under EPF terms and conditions.
The above-mentioned information may not be correct; contact the EPF office for clarification.

Resolution for PF Account Issue
Thanks to Mr. Krkhr for the suggestion. I met with the PF office and discussed the situation. They informed me that even though Employer B has exited the employee, his last employer (Employer A) will continue as the same. They are unable to make any changes in the present scenario.
To rectify the current situation, they proposed that the employee should be exited from Employer A, who is regularly remitting contributions to his account at the end of each month. Then, the employee can be enrolled again the next day with Employer A. Consequently, the current employer will be A, but the Employee's PF Account Number will change to a new one.
Subsequently, the employee needs to submit an application to the PF Department to transfer the balance from his old account to the new one. Once the amount is successfully transferred, he can proceed with filing a loan application.
This is the suggested course of action that I have received. I will try it out and see if it yields success. For the information of all viewers.
Thanks,
