Hi,
Please elaborate on your skills and experience in detail. Upgrade your skills as per the current trends, such as learning the latest versions of software, macros, etc. Also, enhance your skills according to market requirements. Your resume should highlight how you are better and unique compared to the thousands of candidates with similar experience and expertise. Apart from job portals, please keep an eye on websites like 'LinkedIn,' where job requirements are also posted.
Wish you good luck.

As a moderator, I had to correct the sentence and fill in the missing letters in the words of your post. Please know that one of the MOST IMPORTANT aspects of any kind of employment is "caring about it." Start by being more alert about how you are presenting yourself and check your resume for errors.

Hi Akshada,
I can't tell you what is not working in your scenario, but with all the above-mentioned options, try one more thing as this may work. Do you know about ATS? Application Tracking Systems - all you need to do is make sure your resume matches the job description of the mentioned profile for which you are applying. I am not saying to copy it word for word, but to include the main keywords. If they are looking for an administrator, then you should include that in your resume. It's more of a technical aspect, but matching your resume with the JD up to 80% in keywords, similarity, and without any grammatical errors can get you a call for an interview. Try this and let me know how it goes. All the best!

Priti

Apply only for those jobs that match your profile. If you apply using different criteria, you will not receive a call. Ensure that your words align with the job description. Edit your resume before applying for the job to make it similar to the job description or job opening. By doing so, you will increase your chances of receiving a call.
