Hi All,

Today I need a suggestion and help on how I can handle this matter. I think it's the best platform, but I am facing lots of serious issues and am confused about what to do.

I work in a real estate company where our team members hire candidates for sales profiles. We hire candidates on a commission basis rather than a salary because they are all our associates, either part-time or full-time. However, they are demanding a salary and have raised complaints to the labor court. Please suggest what we can do to solve this problem.
