I'm working for a startup where I would like to establish the best work culture and policies. I have referred to a few companies' policies and their work culture as well. However, I would like to gather more input from you. Your ideas and thoughts from your experience would be highly beneficial for me to create something exceptional. The organization is in the IT sector (a product-based company) with a team size of 20 employees. The key areas I would like to focus on are policies, employee benefits, work environment at the office, etc.
