Email Notification Format To Notify Employees About Change In Notice Period From 30 Days to 60 Days
From India, Chennai

Hi,

The notice period is a crucial clause in the Appointment Order. Therefore, when there is a change in the Appointment Order clause, it has to be communicated to employees individually in a separate letter, rather than through a general email communication.

Secondly, if you work for a Factory or Industry with unions, such amendments should be discussed with them first. If your company is corporate, then you can follow the concept of sending individual letters.

Thank you.
