I wanted to create a salary structure where the CTC includes a lot of benefits for the candidates in the long run, e.g., bonus as per the EBITA, LTA, etc. This will result in a higher CTC, a medium take-home pay on a monthly basis, but a substantial amount at the end of the year/years. Can someone help me with designing such a structure, please?
