But, Actually the organisation deducted PF amount from the first month salary, then when they will add me into PF scheme and will they add my deducted amount after two months.

Dear Jegmut, you have to take up the matter with your employer. Have you got your UAN? If you have received it, you have to activate it. The due date for the remittance of PF is on or before the 15th of the succeeding month. It appears that the PF amount deducted is not reflecting in your EPF Pass Book. Entries in the EPF Pass Book will not be in real-time; they will take some time to update. Please communicate with your HR department to get more clarity on the matter.

Please don't panic about it. Sometimes employers are just checking the new staff, either to see if they are staying or not. Sometimes they treat new staff as trainees on a probation period for 3 or 6 months. If your HR department is deducting your EPF from your joining, then you have full rights to take this matter up with your employer. Otherwise, leave it.
