I have 9 years of HR experience. I had a break of 1+ year for my maternity and child growth. Even during my break, I was enhancing my knowledge with some certification courses. Right now, I am looking to get back on my career path and have been trying for quite a few months. As an HR professional, I feel that the reason for my break is a green area alert which is unavoidable and inevitable in any woman's life. But I wonder, why companies do not consider this. Quite surprisingly, I want to know your opinion. Is the market that way?

Companies do not break in service. But if the knowledge level is adequate and topical, then it should not be an issue.

Such kind of breaks are inevitable for many female employees, and in modern companies, it is accepted as a normal event.
