I got offer in cognizant last week and HR relased the offer letter with DOJ. But after releasing the offer letter, she said not to resign the current company until the BG completes as my previous employer is in Suspected list with cognizant. Without initial BG how i got the offer? if my previous company is in black list, will my offer gets cancelled? My first company is closed 2 years back and we have less people so no PF there. Only payslips and bank statements available. Kindly let me know anybody about this issue.
