I am a registered pharmacist from Delhi Pharmacy Council. My hiring was terminated by the employer without any reason (despite good professional achievement, excellent academic performance, and the required personality traits for my role).

I also believe in non-discrimination practices among employees regardless of their designation. I have videos showing me sweeping and cleaning toilets, tasks typically not associated with a managerial level position, setting aside any ego issues.

I have been physically and mentally assaulted. The ordeal led to my hospitalization for 10 days, incurring a cost of 71 thousand rupees. Despite reaching out to various authorities, I have yet to receive any concrete solutions. The FIR has not been filed even though 20 days have passed.

I tried seeking help from print and electronic media channels, but unfortunately, no assistance was forthcoming. I have not received any compensation as per the employee welfare regulations, and the proper termination procedures under labor laws were not followed.

Before this unfortunate incident, I worked in the corporate sector. Despite a lower salary offer, I chose to leave due to my passion for charity, as my employer mentioned plans to establish a charitable organization. I sacrificed both the corporate benefits and the salary for this cause.

The situation created by my employer has impacted my life negatively, affecting both my career and my mental well-being. I am currently experiencing severe physical and mental distress, leading me to take approximately 10 tablets of 1mg each to manage my anxiety and restlessness. Sleep has become elusive, and I find myself unable to pursue job opportunities due to my unstable mental state resulting from the traumatic incident.

I am seeking justice for the injustices I have faced.

My view is, leave it, my dear friend. I understand your situation. Better to look for another job or set up a new shop. You have already completed your B.Pharm, so why worry! First, take care of your health, and I hope you will survive. All the best.
