We have an online claim EPF Portal for my EPF, but my company HR updated the wrong account number (ICICI bank account number is 12 digits, but he only updated 10 digits, the first two 00 were not updated). Therefore, my EPF withdrawal was unsuccessful as the EPF was settled but returned. Please help me withdraw my EPF and provide suggestions.

Under such a case, the PF money goes to the suspense account. You need to update your account details again on the unified portal, and your previous employer should validate it.

Once done, you are required to fill up the "re-issue proforma" to get the money into your actual account. Seek assistance from your previous employer; I am sure they will facilitate it smoothly.
