No any industrial law / acts talk about such provision therefore to incorporate Adhara number on I’d -card its not mandatory... But, its choice of Employer / Management.

Aadhar is going to be mandatory for most transactions, and we better get used to adding a column for the Aadhar number. In my personal reading, this document is going to be critical for all transactions. The law will get amended after the court verdict.
