It depends on what kind of products the salespeople are supposed to deal with. There are Project sales, FMCG Sales, Supermarket/hypermarket/medicines/automobiles and it goes on and on. If you have senior managers working in your organizations, they themselves should be able to provide questions. For instance, if it is a major equipment costing several lakhs for each equipment, you talk about Internal Rate of Return, how to read the Annual Report of the Client, what factors do you look at when a customer comes to you for buying an equipment, how to organize finance for customers... it just goes on.
