Yes , there is an option for Voluntary Coverage.PF Department will be too glad to cover your Establishment under EPF Act

Thanks for your reply. In the online registration, it is showing "input details," where we have to mention the date on which the total number of employees crossed 19. However, in our organization, there are only 17 employees as of November 17. Please clarify.
