Dear Sir,
It is my personal belief that in the Indian context, the bell curve creates too much emotional stress. Most importantly, it destroys the loyalty factor and leads to high levels of attrition. Therefore, it should be replaced by a more friendly performance management system, as some big Indian organizations have done in the recent past.
