Hi everyone,

I have been working in a large trust as a computer operator for the past 7 years. Unfortunately, there has been no growth or learning opportunities in this environment. Last year, I completed my MBA in HR through distance learning. I have now received a job offer for an HR executive position at a small automobile showroom, with a salary offer of $11,000 per month.

I am feeling conflicted about whether to accept this job offer. I am unsure if joining this company would be better for my career advancement or not. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice you may have on this matter.

Thank you.

Dear Member,

As you mentioned feeling unable to learn new things in your current company and finding the atmosphere somewhat unfavorable, this is indeed a different matter. Having completed an MBA in HR and currently holding an offer from a small automobile showroom, I suggest that you should proceed and take up the new job with a commitment not to be discouraged by the new environment, activities, and challenges. Consider this period as a time for transformation and learning.

Therefore, I encourage you to move forward with the new job, embrace the opportunity to learn and adapt to the fresh environment.

Best Wishes & Good Luck,
