My company does not provide provident fund (PF) and payslips to employees. Is it legal? Organisation is having 15+ branches all over india. More than 200 employees working in same organisation.

Dear Kunal,

It is totally illegal if your company did not provide you the payslip. Just ask your HR manager if they did not give you the hard copy of the payslip, then they can email your payslip to your personal email address.
