Can you please guide me on how to apply online for my EPF claim? Actually, last year I moved abroad, and I want to apply for my PF online. However, I don't know exactly how to do it. I had already applied for PF when I was in India before moving to Canada. But I received a letter mentioning that the authorized person's signature did not tally. It wasn't my mistake as this should have been uploaded by the company, but I don't know why they didn't upload it.
So, I am trying to claim online. I have a UAN member portal, but when I logged in, it is showing that my date of joining and leaving has not been updated yet. I contacted my HR manager and requested him to upload it as soon as possible, but it's still not uploaded. Also, is it possible to have the claim amount transferred to another bank account?
