Hanuma, I know that some business magazines conduct surveys on this kind of data. They collect it from various companies and discuss the current market attrition rates in various sectors like BPO and IT. However, I am not able to find this information. I am still searching, so I am putting in this request if anyone can provide me with this information for analysis purposes. I need this. Anyways, thanks for your quick reply.
