I had created and activated my UAN login in March 2015. Even till date, it still says, "Latest passbook will be available only after 48 hours for New UAN login activated members." and "Passbook not available as pertaining to exempted establishment (i.e., Trust)."

My present employer had linked my PF to UAN a couple of days back. I am unable to download the passbook. Everything related to PF and UAN is done online. Could somebody help me with this?

Hi,

Please keep trying to download the link because, due to some reason, the website is not showing the passbook. Anyway, you can try one more time to download the passbook.

Previously, I had a problem downloading the member passbook, but I kept trying and finally got my passbook.

Dear Mr. Bala,

The passbook from the UAN portal gets downloaded automatically within 72 hours (the same appears on the UAN portal) after being clicked by the employee. However, if it is not downloading, there may be a server issue at the EPF site.

Please wait and continue trying to download the passbook. It should download after some time.

Thank you very much for responding. However, I have been trying to download the passbook for months. Nevertheless, I will continue trying. If there is any other alternative to check my latest balance in the EPF account, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi team, I'm trying to download my passbook since one month but it's not working. Every time I attempt to download, I receive an error message stating that the passbook is not available and to check back in 4 days. However, even after waiting for 4 days and trying again, the same error persists. Additionally, I am unable to view my EPF balance. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

give a miss call to this number 01122901406. and you will have your EPF balance on your Mobile. Remember to call via registered number only.

"Passbook not available as pertain to exempted establishment (i.e. Trust)" this line itself explains that the fund is not maintained with EPFO, so the employee has to ask trust to make it available

To download the passbook, try during off hours. There is hectic traffic on the site during office hours, and it's ironic that people don't log out from the portal after their work is done, so the site refuses the over traffic.

During Saturday/Sunday/holidays, one can get the passbook with less trouble.

I have been trying to download my passbook from the website http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/home.php# for a couple of months now. However, I keep receiving a dialog box with the message "Member Passbook not available." It was accessible earlier.

I had a similar problem. Later, I went to the PF office, and they told me to use Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, and it was rectified. Hence, you can give it a try, and it will work. Alternatively, you can clear the cache and try reloading; it should also work in Internet Explorer.
