What I mean to say is, your work time starts at 09:00 AM and you are conducting stress-busting classes for employees before the office starts, i.e., from 08:00 to 09:00. Quietly, through some good contacts, check what the employees have to say on this. Almost more than 80% would not like the idea of coming to the office early and doing a yoga class, which would ultimately affect the utility of yoga and may not give the desired output. It's hard for employees to come one hour early as they have many other personal commitments. You can keep the yoga class optional and see the response. In other words, you need to experiment with this until you find a proper solution for the schedule, timetable, and conduction so that the yoga class is a sure success. It would be better if you could conduct these yoga classes during office hours. I just expressed my opinion.

Dear Bhavna,
I am a Clinical Psychologist and HR Consultant practicing in Mumbai for the last 16 years. I conduct Stress Management Workshops for Management Colleges, Corporates, and Parents. The sessions include a complete understanding of identifying stressors and simple, effective techniques to cope and prevent stress. I incorporate Pranayama, Yoga for Corporate and IT-related stress, Visualisation Techniques, and Progressive Muscular Relaxation in the sessions. They are designed to be easy to follow, and there is an audio relaxation CD recorded in my voice. These sessions are also conducted for Senior Managers, CEOs, and CFOs. Counseling and follow-up sessions are also part of my program to address individual needs.
Please contact me at salma@acetherapist.com. I travel across the country, and a 15-day prior notice is required. I will be in the Middle East conducting sessions from 27th October to 8th November.
With regards,
Salma Prabhu
