I worked for 1 year for company AB (which is located in the USA) but I used to get my salary from Company BB (which is located in India). I received all appointment and experience letters from Company BB (located in India). However, the situation now is that Company BB is no longer in the market (as they used to pay only salaries in India for the hours worked with Company AB). Company AB has now hired another payroll processing company (similar to a consultancy), and Company AB is still in the market, but they have engaged another consultancy firm to process salaries for employees in India.
I have obtained a new job and explained the same situation to the HR. Since there is no one available to confirm my employment dates, nor do they have records, but on the company letterhead (appointment & experience letter), it is mentioned as a subsidiary of Company AB (USA). The HR mentioned that he needs to confirm with Company AB. I have tried contacting them as well because I worked for them, and I spoke to one manager who mentioned he can take any verification calls related to me but cannot provide an official email or letter. I conveyed this information to the new HR, but there has been no response in the past 4 days.
I also have the salary statements from my bank for the duration of my employment with that company.
Could you all please suggest how I can explain and demonstrate that my experience is genuine?
