Have any measures or programs been introduced before? When looking for a performance development program, you need to identify the exact areas where you want to find improvements.
What is the time duration that you have in mind? A program cannot be only for short-term targets. Assuming you have quantified desirable outputs, have you identified measures for them?
Who has been in charge of performance improvements in your firm so far? Is it owned by individual managers, or do you have a dedicated team working along with Quality Assurance and Training?
Even if your teams are capable enough, they might still need facilitation by an Action Coach and performance trainers.
