As a supervisor of a manufacturing company, the company would like to target production, quality, and costs. The best approach is to follow the Kansai technique, a Japanese way of production that emphasizes efficient utilization of time.

Management, in order to increase competitiveness among employees, needs to reward and recognize their contributors. It is important to motivate supervisors and establish scheduled programs where they regularly align with the company's goals.

Hi, for this, what is needed is a present background of the company followed processes, what is lacking (in both technical and managed affairs). Based on the same, we can make a program to offer a proper tailor-made training to this company that may include some Six Sigma level training. If you may be able to provide me some details of this company/call me to discuss further.
