You will have to fill Form No. 19 & 10 C and submit it to the HR Department or the person handling PF in HBL Global Ltd., along with a canceled cheque. It is suggested that the forms should be completed with the assistance of the HR person to avoid any cancellations or mistakes and should bear revenue stamps and signatures wherever required.
