Ask three people to work in the following shifts:
9.00 AM - 6.30 PM: Person 1
5.00 PM - 2.30 AM: Person 2
1.00 AM - 9.30 AM: Person 3
This schedule covers 24 hours, with each person working for only 9.5 hours a day. Additionally, there is a 1.5-hour overlap for each shift. To avoid having the same people work night shifts, rotate the schedule accordingly.
