1. Sub Regional Office of ESIC in Noida is located in Sector 57 of the same. The link of website is : ESICSRO Noida
2. To my knowledge, the offices of Construction Agencies/Real Estate establishments are covered/coverable under ESI Act, 1948 and rules/regulations framed thereunder as "shop". However, the employees/labour engaged at building constructions sites are not coverable since the construction employees in general are not covered under said Act.In addition, the construction employees/casual employees engaged for repair and maintenance and extension of building in any already covered units/factories etc. are also covered/coverable under said Act being employees under section 2(9) of said Act.
3. If you have any doubt, you can consult the appropriate sub regional office, or the nearest branch office Manager of ESIC of your area.
