Hi Members,
I am new to this forum. I saw many members getting answers to their queries. Now, I am posting my own query. I believe I can receive advice from you which will help me a lot.
I have over 1 year of experience in the HR field as an HR executive. Now, I would like to pursue SAP HR. I don't know much about it. Please advise me on the future prospects in that module. Additionally, I am interested in doing a Ph.D. in MBA. Please provide me with your guidance on this matter.
Thank you & Regards,
Suchi.

To make a career in SAP HCM requires HR qualification and strong domain experience in HR. The future for SAP HCM/HR is lucrative, and even now, a lot of companies are hiring SAP HR freshers too. Recently, one challenge I see for SAP HR professionals is cloud solutions taking over a good chunk of market share. In that case, your effort to make a career in SAP HCM might be jeopardized. I wish you the best of luck for whatever you finally choose to pursue.
