Hi All,
Requesting everybody to help me out with giving this question's answer.
Question:
1. Is there any different minimum wage for a Hotel Manager in Bihar?
2. In which category would a Hotel "HR Executive" fall under for minimum wages? Or, what should be the minimum wage be for this position in Bihar?
If anybody has an answer with proper documentation, please forward it to me. I would be thankful to that person.
Many Thanks,
Biswajit

Hi,
I am not sure why you have this doubt. In all companies across India, the minimum wage is mostly applicable for the workers' category. Recently, I have come across the Bihar minimum wage gazette and am attaching it for your reference. The hotel manager and HR executive will come under the Supervisory/Clerical category.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have already received the gazette and implemented the changes from October itself. However, I had a doubt because I had a verbal discussion with one of the Bihar labor officers who mentioned different wage categories for managers. Therefore, I wanted to confirm this information.
Many Thanks,
