Dear Human Honchos,

Thanks for sharing the information. If you classify the best practices on Maslow's Theory of Hierarchy of Needs, you will be able to place them below level IV. However, the biggest achievement of Google's leadership is their ability to fulfill the self-actualization need or level V need on the hierarchy. This is far more important and is not mentioned in your list.

Do employees feel that they are intellectually challenged? If yes, then what percentage? On one hand, leadership feels that people are not giving their best, and on the other hand, employees feel that their work is not intellectually challenging. What Google could do is bridge this gap, which is their major success.
