A 'Personality Development Program' at the level of students should include: (i) Business Etiquette & social mannerism, (ii) Communication & presentation skills, and (iii) Personal Code of Conduct while dealing with problems in life (sometimes called a Value System).
Above aspects, if developed adequately, can enhance the prospects of students opting for different careers after completing their studies.

Enroll your students for professional meetups relevant to their field of work. Look for the ones with intense interaction, not just the ones with 'a powerful speaker and many attendees'. Toastmasters can be useful if they want to master public speaking.

I normally conduct Positive Mental Attitude, Self-Motivation, SWOT analysis, SMART goal setting, Time Leveraging Skills, Communication and Listening Skills, Planning and Prioritizing Studies, Leadership, Teambuilding, how to develop resume, and facing interviews.
Right now, I am working on a project for 3rd-year students from 7 branches of engineering, spending 8 days per branch at a college in Tamil Nadu. This project includes aptitude skills training, which is handled by another trainer.
