Hi Shilpa,
It is good that you have sought help from the forum and shared a fair bit of information that would help readers give meaningful suggestions. However at the outset let me draw your attention to the numerous spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and poor drafting of your query, most of which could have been avoided by being a little more careful and focused. So my first suggestion is that when you draw up on the ideas/ suggestions given by readers here, you have the responsibility and obligation to work on it seriously and review the final draft before you implement it.
You have outlined the topics to be covered and that by itself gives you the broad agenda for the two hour talk. All you need to add is a welcome address incorporating the importance of the topic and an introduction of the speaker/s, incorporate a question and answer session at the end followed by the Vote of thanks.
For your ready reference I am attaching a checklist on Introducing a Speaker & Proposing a Vote of Thanks.
Best Wishes.

Hello Shilpa,
It is good to note you are sincerely working on such a concept. Mr Atul Sharma has also drafted agenda well. The only change I would suggest is give more time to Question & Answer session as 15 mins. would not be sufficient. Parents are bound to come with lot of queries, will seek satisfied answers. Also I do hope you must have taken care this workshop will not be only in English but when necessary, local language will also be used by Doctors. What I think, not all the parents will be comfortable asking doubts in English.
I sincerely wish all the best to this workshop ! Being given a chance, I would like to organise such workshop in my organisation as well.
