Dear Shweta,
As per the Factories Act:
1. Whether the creche is established in the factory for children below the age of six years?
2. Whether the accommodation is adequately lighted and ventilated?
3. What is the frequency of cleaning and sanitation of the creche? Are you following the prescribed frequency?
4. Is a trained woman arranged for the maintenance of the creche? Are her competency records maintained?
5. Are the required furniture and other equipment provided?
6. Are suitable provisions made for facilities like washing and changing of clothing for women workers?
7. Are free milk or refreshments provided to the children in the creche?
8. Are mothers allowed to feed their children at respective intervals?
This is as per my knowledge.
