Dear Atul Kumar,
The bank account details which you have given in your PF applications (Form 19 & 10C) are not for an online bank account. If the account is deactivated or if the IFSC code does not match your bank account, the amount will be returned to the PF office. The status may show that your account is settled. You may inquire at the PF office where you have submitted your application.
You have to submit the Re-authorization Form attested by your employer along with bank account details with the correct IFSC code mentioned on it.
Please find attached the Re-authorization Form.
Note: You have to apply in 2 sets individually for FORM 19 & 10C.
