The article written by me was published in "The Hindu Business Line" on 24th February 2013 (Sunday Edition). I have attached a copy of the publication for ready reference. The article was written basically to bring more awareness to employees on the reason why it is important to provide proper documentation to avail tax benefits. Also, to bring awareness to employees about the reason why it is very important for the "Employer" (Company) to make sure the documentation is complete in all aspects before giving tax deduction/exemption.
